I am Nina K. Divina. I am a linguist and a writer, and I travel far with my family. Our son was 9 when we went to Japan.

We started We'd Go Back for one reason: when we planned a big trip with a child, we could not find straight answers from people who had actually done it. So we write those answers down, one question per page, with the month we were there and how old our son was.

What we write about

Places we have been with our son: Japan, Iceland, Maldives, Seychelles, Bora Bora, Sydney, Copenhagen, Disneyland Paris, Florida, US national parks, Alicante, Sicily, Sardinia.

What we do not do

• We do not review or rate hotels, and we do not trash places.
• We do not write "best things to do" lists for places we have not been.
• We do not show our faces. The photos are ours, the people in them are not the point.

The games

We also make ready-made trip games for the moments every family knows: the delayed gate, the long drive, the wait for dinner. They are all on the shelf.
